Provide a copy of credit report for all adults on the lease (pulled within 30 days) showing FICO score and outstanding debts (must be done through Compass Docuverus or buyer’s agent NTN system). Verification of Employment Letter for each adult on the lease including applicant name, dates of employment, annual income, bonus if applicable. Proof of Income: a. First 2 pages of federal tax returns for the most recent 2 years, signed & filed. b. Most recent two years of W2s or 1099s, if applicable. Proof of Assets: Copies of your most two recent months of bank statements, showing enough assets to cover security deposit, Realtor commissions, first months rent and 2 months reserves. Tenant responsible for all utilities including cable (Optimum).
